The idea

Cannes 2024 was full of people explaining that their completely revolutionary AI product was about to change absolutely everything. BSBot was built to ask the slightly less exciting questions.

Clients could record a keynote or meeting, or upload text and images from a presentation, article or press release. The bot translated the claims into normal language, challenged vague promises and suggested the questions someone should ask before mistaking a prompt wrapper for the future of humanity.

My bit

I built the creative-technology prototype behind BSBot: the client tool that accepted the material, analyzed the claims and returned a sharper, deliberately comic response.

Did it work?

Publicis launched BSBot for Groupe clients on the opening day of Cannes Lions and planned more than 30 private client sessions around what was real, ready and relevant in AI. Public reporting does not confirm how many sessions were ultimately delivered. The bot was private, so the general internet was spared the experience of being corrected by it.
